Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Doplando, a task and team management application available at doplando.com (the "Service"), operated by the Doplando team ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You sign in using Google Sign-In. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for all activity that happens under your Doplando account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

2. Using the Service

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, or to harass, abuse, or harm others;
• Attempt to access data belonging to a team/office you haven't been added to;
• Send unsolicited invites or messages through the Service's chat, broadcast, or referral features to people who haven't agreed to receive them;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to bypass its access controls;
• Use automated means to scrape or extract data from the Service beyond normal use.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the tasks, messages, files, and other content you create in the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service for you and the teammates you've shared it with. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to share any content you upload or send.

4. Credits, billing, and referrals

• Credits purchased through the Service are processed by Stripe or Razorpay and, once applied to your account, are non-refundable except where required by law.
• New accounts receive a starting credit balance as a free trial allowance; this is at our discretion and may change.
• The "Invite Friends" referral feature awards credits when someone you invite creates their first account through your invite link. We may adjust, pause, or end this program, or reverse credits awarded through abuse (for example, fake or duplicate accounts), at any time.
• Subscription plans, where offered, renew automatically until cancelled; you can manage or cancel a subscription from Billing settings.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, including offline support for adding tasks without a connection, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, and will try to give reasonable notice of material changes.

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers — including Google Firebase, Stripe, Razorpay, Twilio (for WhatsApp delivery), and AI providers used for optional AI-generation features (like meeting-minutes drafting) — to operate. Your use of those integrations is also subject to those providers' own terms where applicable.

7. Termination

You can stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the referral program, or pose a risk to the Service or other users.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or business interruption.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
